I CANNOT GET ENOUGH OF BURLINGTON. nice, inviting employees... and the clothes are amazingly priced, good cute brands and restocked often so i never get bored of it. every time i go i find something i swear to god 😭🙏 i literally go atleast once a week atp and its amazing for those who like 2000s fashion like me... totally reccomend and its fun to just run around in there.

My children love the choices and they also have an amazing selection of Women's Plus Size clothing, with little to no hassle about the time you need to try things on in the fitting room. Always a favorite store to check for that special occassion!

Emily is such a great employee!! I was so frustrated trying to use my credit card and she was just so helpful, kind and made my experience better! She was patient with me and I really appreciate her!!

I always find what I need here. Whether it be clothes or gifts. They have great prices on Salon hair products and facial products. The only negative is there is always a line at the checkout. But it goes reasonably fast.

I love Burlington and have good experiences at all of the locations I've visited. Despite the holiday season and the crowds of people. The couple of store associates that I did interact with were very kind and thanked me for visiting. The store was in a bit of disarray due to the customers. The line to checkout was extremely long, but it is that time of year, but it would be wonderful if there were more than 6 or 7 lanes open. I will be back to this location again! Thanks to the associates who work hard during this time of year.

Open later then most local clothing stores. Which is nice if you prefer not to wait in line or have to fight over the socks that are on clearance.. Only negative is that sometimes the staff can be kind of unhelpful at times but that isn't so uncommon nowadays, unfortunately. The last thing are the bathrooms are pretty ghetto-ish in appearance so they definitely need some serious renovating on that end of the store. However don't let these negatives get you from coming here as it is honestly an overall pleasant shopping experience. Especially the prices(sometimes) and the quantity(not necessarily quality) of merchandise that they carry, makes the trip worth it the end.

They had everything i needed in one spot. The store layout is easy to understand, and the clothing was well organized. The staff was helpful and friendly. The line was extremely long, but the cashiers were so efficient that the wait time was probably about half what I expected. Great place. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Burlington since around 2004 and 8m never disappointed they have a massive selection of stuff to choose from clothes to shoes ,blankets

A HAPPY CUSTOMER 🥰 I am literally at the store doing this review. I love this store. It has so many items to choose from. It's great value of prices. I bumped into one of the employees by accident. She was so nice about it and kindly guided me to the kitchen items and bathroom. She was very friendly. Yes, customer service on the registers are a little overwhelmed. It is understanding due to them being super busy, they did just open! they are so overwhelmed. Hopefully in the future all this changes and they get more help, because on opening day their is so manny customers. I can guarantee you will be satisfied with the prices, the merchandise and the customer service. Check out was great with a smile.
